I lost my mother to brain cancer, my stepfather to a heart attack, and my father to terminal lung cancer, all while navigating a devastating divorce and rebuilding my life from nothing. I’ve been to the very darkest places.

Do I need to have read the book first?

Not at all. The course is designed to work completely as a standalone programme — you don't need the book to benefit from it. That said, if you have read How to Heal from Grief, you'll find the course takes each of the 30 steps much deeper with video teaching, exercises and practical tools that the book couldn't provide.

How is the course different from Lucy's coaching?

The course sits in between the book and 1:1 work. It gives you far more depth than reading alone — through video, guided exercises and downloadable tools — but at a fraction of the cost of one-to-one support. It's ideal if you're not quite ready for 1:1 sessions, prefer to work privately, or want a structured foundation before taking that next step.

Can I go at my own pace?

Absolutely. The course is completely self-paced with no deadlines or time limits. Healing isn't linear, and we've designed the programme to reflect that. You might move through some steps quickly and spend longer on others — that's exactly how it should be. You also have lifetime access, so you can return to any lesson at any time.

Yes. Grief takes many forms — bereavement, divorce, job loss, relationship breakdown, health challenges, and more. The course addresses grief in its broadest sense and the tools and techniques are designed to support healing from any significant loss or trauma. Lucy's own journey covers multiple forms of grief, and the programme reflects that breadth.
